They let me check in 30 minutes early since I arrived before check-in, which was very kind of them because my dog and I had been in the car for such a long drive and I wanted to get out ASAP. Speaking of dogs, they are pet friendly and they charge a $40 refundable pet fee at check-in. Being pet-friendly was the whole reason I booked with them, and I liked the price for it too. The room was fairly clean, maybe some random stains on the wall. No roaches, no bed bugs, nobody outside yelling and hollering. I was there for 2 nights and not one time did I feel unsafe. TLDR; ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff was great. When I was checking in there was a gentleman there who was VERY angry about something. The young lady behind the desk was very professional and tried repeatedly to address the man's concerns and he would have none of it. He finally got fed up with not rattling her or getting his way and left. The young lady took a deep breath, smiled and asked how to help me. She was awesome!!! The property is old but it's very clean.

There was a little problem with noise but unavoidable. People were coming in late from partying on Beale street I assume and did not realize how loud they were. They did not disturb anyone just talked and laughed loudly. To offset the noise I played my television the second night. Overall I am very pleased with the room, location, service and prices.

It was quiet and comfy. Staff was great! I added an extra night with no Problem. The room was clean and I got a really good night's rest. A lot better than other places I have stayed. I really liked that it was quiet and peaceful.

I would personally only always stay at this hotel when in Memphis TN because there prices are outta this world reasonable and the rooms are super large and comfortable it get's a 10 out of 10 in my book
